Information you should know regarding your Jumper Rental!
To reserve a jumper simply call (650)213-8000, we will ask you for some personal information and a credit card (Visa or Master Card) for security deposit, we will run a pre-authorization on your credit card for $ 200.00 at the time of reservation.

We accept: Cash, Check (with credit card back up), Visa and Master Card.
All orders must be paid before delivery, no exceptions.
If you need to cancel your reservation just give us a call, there is 20% cancellation fee in cancelled 0-48hrs prior to delivery. However if your cancellation is due to rain, this fee will be waved.
All Jumpers require a dedicated standard household outlet 115V, 9AMP. We will supply a power cord up to 50ft. If you require additional extension cords, please request when placing your order, additional charges may apply. If there is no
power available at your event location, we can arrange for a Generator to be delivered with your jumper at an additional charge.
You should have an area about 15' x 15' with a vertical clearance of about 15' for Small jumpers, see size informations for larger Units and slides on the slides page. We can set up on grass, Concrete and asphalt.
We clean and inspect our jumper after each rentals and all jumpers are constructed to be as safe as possible, they are covered for weather protection and they have netting on all four sides to allow great visibility and air circulation. As with all
activities involving small children, an adult should always be supervising and assisting children entering and exiting the jumper.
In case of rain, high winds or if the unit becomes unbalance or is loosing pressure, you must evacuate all occupants and disconnect power to the unit immediately.

We deliver to most parks in the bay area. Some cities require additional insurance, we are fully insured and are authorized to set up in all San Mateo County Parks, there is no additional insurance charge. You are required to sign a liability waiver
before setting up the jumper. Most parks do not have electricity available, if that is the case we can arrange for a generator to be delivered with your jumper at an additional charge.

All Equipment is WASHED, CLEANED, SANITIZED AND DRIED
before delivery. Drivers may further sanitize jumpers on site.
Please wear your face cover, avoid skin to skin contact and stay
6' away when greeting or instructing our drivers.
